What data we collect

Only the data you enter in the enquiry form yourself: full name, name of the lab or clinic, city, country, phone, email, the model you are interested in, enquiry type, the software or machine you use, and your message.

We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell it or pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send newsletters without your separate consent.

Hosting and email delivery

The website is hosted on the Vercel Inc. platform (USA). Form enquiries are sent by email to the company's address via a mail server; they are not stored in a database on the website.

Cookies and analytics

The website sets one functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that remembers your chosen language for one year. For aggregate visitor statistics we use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

If you accept on the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to see which pages are read and how many inquiries come from the website. GA4 then sets _ga cookies (up to 2 years); IP addresses are not stored. Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry emails for as long as the communication and any resulting business relationship last, and then delete them.

Your rights

You may request access to the data we hold about you, its correction or its deletion. Write to info@carlossigns.com; we will respond within a reasonable time.
