Zirconia sintering

Zirconia sintering furnaces

The final step of the digital workflow: milled zirconia from your DGSHAPE machine goes into the furnace. We offer two furnaces — the German Mihm-Vogt TABEO-1/M/ZIRKON-100 and the Whiteth ZIR2 for speed sintering of up to 50 units.

Price and configuration on request — depending on the tooling, software and training package.

Frequently asked questions

Which furnace should I choose: TABEO or ZIR2?

The TABEO-1/M/ZIRKON-100 is a compact German furnace for one Ø 100 mm tray, up to 1650 °C. The ZIR2 is for higher volumes: up to 50 crowns, fast programs up to 200 °C/min. Tell us how many units you sinter per day — we will recommend a furnace.

Can I sinter zirconia milled on a DGSHAPE machine?

Yes. Both furnaces are designed for sintering dental zirconia, and you choose the program according to the material manufacturer's recommendation.

Does the furnace need preheating?

The ZIR2 needs no preheating — switch it on and start the program. The TABEO has a timer, so sintering can start automatically at a set time.

Can I see the furnace in action?

Book a demo — we show the whole workflow: scanning, design in Exocad, milling on a DGSHAPE machine and sintering.
